The weekend's events will take place in Hudson, NY, and Coxsackie, NY, which are about 20-25 minutes apart and separated by the Hudson River.
We've secured room blocks at four local hotels: The Wick, The Hudson Navigator, The Howard Hotel, and The Holiday Inn. There are also many wonderful Airbnbs in the town of Hudson! Details are provided below. Because fall is peak season in the Hudson Valley, please book your travel and accommodations as soon as possible!
Shuttle service will be provided from pickup locations in Hudson and Coxsackie from the wedding venue on Saturday, October 9th. If you choose not to stay at a hotel block, keep us informed of lodging plans as shuttle service to/from the wedding can be coordinated. The Welcome Party on Friday, October 8th is walking distance from the Hudson hotels.
Albany International Airport is the closest airport but NYC airports will have more direct flights. There is an Amtrak station in Hudson, NY.

Airbnbs & VRBOs in Hudson
Airbnb or Vrbos are plentiful in Hudson, NY. If you prefer to rent an accommodation, we recommend booking near Warren street so you can access the shuttle for the wedding. We will coordinate shuttle pickups at the Hudson hotels blocks and the east side of Hudson (near Warren street) — to be determined based on where guests are staying.
Ubers and lyfts are not reliable in the area.
Train
Amtrak — train from NYC to Hudson
Hudson, NY is ~2.5 hours from NYC by car, but train is also a great option!
You can take Amtrak directly from Penn Station (NYC) to Hudson, NY, which takes ~2 hours. Please be sure to purchase tickets ahead of time as prices will increase and eventually sell out closer to the weekend of.
The Hudson train station is a short 5-10 minute walk from downtown Hudson.
Flight
JFK, LGA, EWR, & ALB
If you are flying in, there are several airport options.
Albany (ALB) is more conveniently located to Coxsackie, but will have more limited flight options.
Newark (EWR) has several flight options, and you may avoid some traffic in the five boroughs if you plan to drive (~2.5 hrs drive). There is also public transport (shuttle or train) to Penn Station to conveniently transfer to Amtrak. Uber/Lyft is also available to travel to Penn Station.
LGA & JFK will have several flight options, but be prepared for more traffic in the city if you plan to drive (3+ hrs drive). These airports are good options if you plan to fly + train into Hudson - take the subway or an Uber/Lyft to Penn Station to connect to Amtrak.
